As a geopolitical analyst and independent historian, art historian and Ottomanist, I have been active as a columnist for the past decade. I dissect current affairs and current history in true historiographical fashion, revealing obvious as well as obscure continuities and supposed changes while analysing hidden agendas and outspoken objectives.
